Does Age Matter?

However, I am now at an age where I can simply make decisions without having to be answerable to other people. The reason being that when you set off in life in the workplace your perceptions are not the same as say, 40/50 years later.

So, when I deliver Talks to different organisations I can now be my own person and not concern myself with the workplace politics.👌
